Shamed Into Veneers

While searching for a dentist in Santa Barbara, I came across one office that played pre-recorded ads for its services while callers were on hold. My two favorite lines:

• "Your smile is a window into your self-worth. And stained and dull teeth are a sign that you don't like yourself."
• "Ever notice how, in movies, the bad guys are always portrayed with bad teeth? That's because your teeth are an important way to show the world that you're a good person."
